Shipping policy

When filling out your shipping information, please be sure to write it in English, so our shipping service can fulfill your order and ship it to the proper destination without any complications.

Please thoroughly read the description of each product, as some are in very limited quantities and may sell out resulting in much longer wait times.

Please allow 3-7 days for processing most orders. Once orders are processed, a tracking number will be provided to via email or text message (if applicable).

Due to the high demand for products on our site, we ask that you please be patient while we fulfill each order. Shipping times generally vary from 12-20 days for customers in the United States under normal shipping conditions. For other countries, shipping times can range between 2-6 weeks depending on the destination and the quickest shipping routes.

If you have yet to receive your order after the estimated amount of time has passed, then don't hesitate to contact us at xotoshop@gmail.com and we will be sure to get back to you within 1-2 business days.

In the event that you never receive your order (after 90 days) or is damaged upon arrival, we will issue an immediate refund! No questions asked :)
